Delivery:
We are pleased to offer two methods of package delivery. Your choices are:
Canpar ground service
Canada Post
We will ship with Canpar unless otherwise stated. Canpar will not deliver to a Post Office box or any military bases so in those cases we will use Canada Post. Shipping and handling charges or applicable taxes are not included in product prices, and will be added on to all orders. Some products sold by r little babe are exempt from PST. You will only be taxed on applicable items.
All orders being shipped with Canpar will be shipped out on Wednesday and Friday mornings. Please note that if you require your gift box the next business day, we will ship with Canada Post using the fastest method available.
Payment:
All payments will go through Pay-Pal, a secure on-line payment system.
Returns and Cancellations:
It is our goal to provide you with a hassle free shopping experience but if for some reason you are not entirely satisfied with your gifts, we will be happy to give you a refund. We ask that you return your purchase complete with all original items and a full refund will be given excluding shipping costs. We recommend that you return your gift box using a guaranteed service as you will be liable until it is received by us at r little babe.
If you wish to cancel your order please call us immediately at 1-(250)-537-4774. The order will be cancelled as long as the goods have not been sent out.
Faulty Goods:
All of our gift boxes are hand packed and quality checked. We deliver our products using very reputable methods however accidents do happen. Should something arrive damaged, please contact us right away and we will gladly exchange or refund them.
Out of Stock:
We strive to ensure all products are available, however on the rare occasion a product is unavailable, alternatives will be provided that are of the same or higher quality/value.
